Our clients created their own design and we think they did a great job. Built high on what almost seems a cliff, it has obvious veiws which capture the breathtaking 180 degree views of beautiful Lake Macquarie and the ocean, past Belmont to Swansea headlands. On the lower level is a huge garage and a beatifully tiled and welcoming entry with polished blackbutt timber stairs. After an easy climb, your breath is taken away not only by those stunning views, but also by huge family living area with an expans of glass stacker doors, pouring onto the covered entertainment deck, again with blackbutt decking and glass & aluminium hand rails. The custom made, extremely ergonomic, gourmet kitchen is set back from here, still has these views. There is of course a master bedroom with ensuite and a walk in robe, 3 more large bedrooms, rumpus and a very modern bathroom with some refreshing upmarket PC items.
