Golden Sands Duplex

A project which at first was extremely challenging. Our clients owned an unusually shaped corner block, which sloped to the street. We were asked to design a duplex which would not only suit the block, but would also give them a lifestyle they were seeking. The building simply looks like a two storey home, but it's not. Both units are 3 bedrooms, with ensuite & WIR to the mains, well appointed kichens and bathrooms with spacious living. One has an alfresco covered entertainment area with some lake views, the other has bedrooms opening onto the wide deck, also with great views.
