From the moment you sit down with your personal Hillman Homes Designer, we are sure you will feel pleasantly at home. You will already have an idea of how much you want to invest in your new home, we will discuss that to work out whether it is realistic or perhaps unrealistic.We listen to what your needs are concerning the design and we will offer sound suggestions, which can help not only with the liveability of your home but may also help in reducing some of the costs. We will prepare a Concept Agreement fee proposal for you, which clearly sets out how we can help you move forward toward the completion of the concept design. During the design process, we will be in constant communication with you to advise you of how the design is coming along and allowing your input all along the way. Once the concept is completed we can give a ballpark estimate, based on our historical figures. We are then ready to begin construction drawings. Once completed, these will be used along with your input to prepare a fixed price tender for you. We are then ready to complete the neccesary paper work and begin construction.
