The Stages of Construction have been based on the standard Housing Industry Association (HIA) Payment Structure. The timings provided are based on Hillman Homes typical two storeyhomes built on a sloping site. The construction time line allows for minor delays, how ever this has no allowance for adverse weather conditions & unforseen delays.
